Sunny Deol returns with Ghayal Returns.
Sunny Deol returns back to bollywood films with the film Ghayal Returns. Ghayal was super hit film of the early 90s. Sunny Deol received a number of awards for the film. It took a long time, almost 20 years for Sunny Deol to make the sequel of Ghayal.
Sunny Deol did not make any announcement regarding the name of the heroine. Meenakshi Sheshadri did a great job. Sunny Deol gave an interview in the Times of India on 5th June, 2011. Sunny Deol talked about other upcoming films like Mohalla Assi. He thanked the audience for appreciating him for the last 28 years.
Sunny Deol has a huge challenge to balance the excellence reached in the film Ghayal. The performances of the supporting actors in the film were unparallel like Om Puri and Amrish Puri. Raj Kumar Santoshi did an excellent job as a director. In those days action films used to get great audience appreciation. Other action films like Sadak, Ghatak, Mohra also did excellent business.
These days action films don’t do same standard of business like comedy films. If Sunny Deol makes a difference with Ghayal Returns it would be great. The viewers expect Sunny Deol to make a dashing return.

Hi I loved the original ghayal it was so awesome & entertaining! So I have huge expectations from this film Ghayal returns! Also I have noticed action & masala films r slowly but surely are returning with hits like ghajini, race wanted, dabaangg, yamla pagla deewana etc.
