Kumar Shanu. Zee Bangla Mirakkel Awesomesala program had been replaced by Zee Bangla Saregamapa Program from 16th July, 2012. The biggest attraction of the program is the judges. Kumar Shanu and Alka Yagnik are the main judges of the program. Both of them had stormed the program in Zee Bangla Channel on Monday and Tuesday with their high quality of singing. Actor Jishu Sengupta had been the anchor of the program. He is doing a great job. He had introduced the new contestants to the judges. He had acted as a bridge between the contestant and the judges. Singer Shovan Ganguly who had stormed X Factor program in 2011 came in the program and sang the “maula maula” with a team of singers. He was excellent by every musical standards. His father was called upto the stage by Kumar Shanu and he asked his father to give him good certificate for such a difficult song. Shovan Ganguly said that his father never told him that he sung well. A girl contestant sang Sandhya Mukherjee’s song “e sudhu ganer din e logon gaan shonabar”. Kumar Shanu appreciated the contestant. On Tuesday, Alka Yagnik and Kumar Shanu were amazed to hear the performance of two participants in respect of their song “ghunghat ke ar pe dil barkha”. Jishu Sengupta said that Kumar Shanu and Alka Yagnik had excellent chemistry which made the romantic songs even more romantic. They had sung huge number of duet songs together in the 90s. The viewers are expecting stiff competition from the participants who are more than 40 in number.

Singer Indrani Sen stormed Zee Bangla Mirakkel Awesomesala Program on 4^th July, 2012. She came as guest judge in the program.

She appreciated the performance of Fatik Purokayet (Maduli) in the program. In every episode Fatik had devoted his last joke for Srilekha Mitra. Srilekha Mitra said although the joke was not impressive the high standard of presentation made the sub-standard joke very impressive.

Mir Afsar Ali called the father of Srilekha Mitra in the show. He was told about the liking of Srilekha Mitra about the performer Istiaq Nasir. Srilekha Mitra came to the stage and hugged Istiaq Nasir for his performance on this day. Srilekha Mitra also said that whatever she is today is only due to the pains taken by her father.

Indrani Sen sang a number of songs in the show including Tagore’s song “Jodi tor dak shune keu na ashe”. She shared the experience of singing with her mother Sumitra Sen and sister Sraboni Sen.

The star of the show was Partho and two Bangladeshi performers. They expressed  a story relating to operation of the stomach of a person. The doctor and the nurse were novish in their duties and the failure of the operation was the subject matter of the story. They were the best performers of the day. All the judges Paran Banerjee, Rajatavo Dutta, Srilekha Mitra and Indrani Sen appreciated the performances of all the three performers.

Bengali actress Indrani Halder stormed Zee Bangla Mirakkel Awesomesala Program on 3^rd July, 2012. She came to the program as guest judge.

She appreciated the performance of Fatik Purokayet (Maduli). She also danced with Maduli in the song “maduli” sung by Mir. When Mir asked her about her experience of acting in TV serials in Mumbai, she replied that she was very happy working in Mumbai. There is a lot of hard work to be done in Mumbai. She worked for twelve hours in a day. She stayed in Andheri and travelled to the studio for her performance. A lot of honour and recognition is given to bengalies who work in Mumbai in every field including music, acting, direction, etc.

She liked the performance of Sangeet Tiwary. Mir told everyone that Indrani Halder was known in Bengal with her nickname Mamoni. She said she loved working with the other judges Paran Banerjee, Rajatavo Dutta and Srilekha Mitra in the past. She gave a kiss to Sajal for his performance in the program and danced with him.

She appreciated the performance of Apurvo Roy who played the character of Antenna in a house in Kolkata. She felt nostalgic. She said 25 years ago, there was one Bengali channel which was popular called DD Bangla. She came to limelight by playing a role in the serial Tero Parbon directed by Jochon Dastidar. In those days Cable Channels and Dish Channels were not there. All the performances of noted actors and actresses were reached to every house of Bengal through TV Antenna.

Minister Bratya Basu stormed Zee Bangla Mirakkel Awesomesala Program. Education Minister of West Bengal Bratya Basu stormed Zee Bangla Mirakkel Awesomesala Program on 15th May, 2012. He had been an important minister in Mamta Banerjee’s Trinamool Congress Cabinet and is involved in many important jobs for the last 1 year. Paran Banerjee, one of the judges of the Zee Bangla Mirakkel Program told Mir that he admired Bratyo Basu more as an actor and a theatre personality than an education minister. He also asked Bratyo Basy how much time could he devote for the theatres after he became minister. He said he had very little time. His major focus had been development in West Bengal. He hardly got time to write plays which he previously used to do. One of the other judges Srilekha Mitra said that she was glad that Bratyo Basu won the elections from her own constituency, that was Dum Dum. Whenever Bratyo Basu and Srilekha Mitra acted in the same play or tele-serial; both fought over food. She was known for admiring food, and Bratyo Basu also liked different types of foods. Mir Afsar Ali asked Moushumi Chatterjee her experience of acting in the first film Balika Badhu. It was the film eminent director Tarun Majumdar. She said that Tarun Majumdar used to live very near her house. She asked whether she was interested to act in his film. She said who was going to be the hero of her film, was it Uttam Kumar? She acted in the film and the rest was history. Mir Afsar Ali asked her who was the best dancer opposite Moushumi Chatterjee. She said it was Rishi Kapoor. She said that she acted opposite him in the film Zehreela Insaan. Mir told everyone that her first hindi film was Anuraag opposite Vinod Mehra. She shared her experience of acting opposite Uttam Kumar in the film Ogo Bodhu Sundari in 1980. The film was the last film of Uttam Kumar. It was based on the story of George Bernard Shaw. Moushumi Chatterjee had great experience in acting opposite her childhood idol superstar Uttam Kumar. The film became super hit. Moushumi Chatterjee also said that the first film opposite Uttam Kumar was in the film Ananda Ashram in the year 1977. She was paired opposite Rakesh Roshan, but the central character of the film Uttam Kumar. Moushumi Chatterjee recited few of her poems also. All the judges Rajatavo Dutta, Paran Banerjee and Srilekha Mitra showed lot of respect for Moushumi Chatterjee. He was asked about his new film. He said the new film Bikram Singha has an entertaining character. He had played double role in the film. One of the characters was Bikram Singha was a brave police officer. The other character that is Gupi is the character of a thief. He could do anything for money. He said the script demanded two separate looks which he had taken in the film. When Mir asked him how was the experience of coming back to masala films after doing off-beat films. In the recent past, Prasenjit Chatterjee acted in the films Moner Manush and Baishe Shraban. These films were off-beat in nature. But the audience had appreciated Prasenjit Chatterjee’s performance in these films. Prasenjit said that he ruled Bengali films for a long time. There was a time when he could not park his own car inside the different studios of Tollygunge. In the last 10 years, the scenario had changed. Lot of money had flowed into tollywood. Many technicians, companies, corporates and others are involved with Bengali films. It was the struggle of the actors of 1980s, which made the change today. He never required to prove anything against the new heroes like Dev or Jeet. He always wanted to come out of the comfort zone and do something new. That challenge had kept Prasenjit Chatterjee always busy. Everyone provided their best wishes to Prasenjit Chatterjee for his films in future.

Vikram Chatterjee stormed Zee Bangla Mirakkel Program. Bengali film actor Vikram Chatterjee stormed Zee Bangla Mirakkel Program on 23rd April, 2012. The program had been renamed as Zee Bangla Mirakkel Awesomesala program.

Vikram Chatterjee. He was a successful actor in Bengali TV serials. When Mir Afsar Ali asked Vikram as when did he gain popularity he said that the first Teleserial in Zee Bangla Channel titled Saat Pake Bandha had changed his fortunes. Everyone used to see the serial and he became a popular face. He acted in Bengali films for sometime. One of his successful films included Bedroom. But in that he did not get a lead role. His first film with a lead role is the film Elar Char Adhyay. The film had been made with the story of Rabindranath Tagore. The film had been directed by Bappaditya Banerjee. Vikram had said that he was glad to act opposite all the big actors and actresses in the film including Dipankar Dey, Paoli Dam, and others who were much senior than Vikram Chatterjee. In fact Vikram Chatterjee confessed that he learned a lot from all the actors and actresses. Besides, the story was based on Rabindranath Tagore’s literature of 1930. So the challenge of Bappaditya Banerjee was to recreate the world of Kolkata of 1930s. He did that in style. Vikram appreciated all the performers in the program including Fatik Purokayet (Maduli), Istiaq Nasir, and others. In the show Vicky played the character of Prasenjit Chatterjee and interacted with Palash Adhikari who played the character of Rabindranath Tagore. Both were excellent in their efforts.

Somlata stormed Zee Bangla Mirakkel Program. Bengali singer Somlata stormed Zee Bangla Mirakkel Program on 18th April, 2012. Somlata had been very successful singer of present film Bengali films. The Program had been renamed with the title Zee Bangla Mirakkel Awesomesala Program.

Somlata The anchor of the program Mir asked Somlata to sing the song “tumi asbe bole tai”. The song was sung in the super hit Bengali film Ranjana Ami Aar Ashbona. The song Ranjana Ami Aar Ashbona was made with the title of popular Bengali song sung by Anjan Dutta few years back. The participants did well before Somlata. Paran Banerjee, one of the judges acted out a portion of the Shakespearean play Othello. He mentioned what would have been the dialogues of Othello if the play would have been in the language bangal, the language of East Bengal, presently Bangladesh. Fatik Purokayet (Maduli), Mana and other participants did well. Srilekha Mitra and Rajatavo Dutta also mentioned their comments as judges in the show. Somlata enjoyed the entire program.
