Their creations were unmatched and their contemporary and later music directors followed their trends in many ways. Their orchestration is also stand aloof with variety of instruments and voices in rhythm and melody. Their each song had their stamp and even to name a few will be like 'suraj ko chirag dikhana'..Their fav instruments were piano accordian, violins, flute, cello, saxophone and fav voices Lata, Rafi, Mannada,Suman K, Sharda,Asha Bhonsle,Kishore Kumar. Today's fast track drumbeats used by today's music directors owe much to them.Their name is written in golden words in the history of Indian Film Music.gopal shroti,https://www.blogger.com/profile/11130006365974190219noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-750181634821340791.post-61774108116023760242009-05-01T09:22:00.000+05:302009-05-01T09:22:00.000+05:30All the songs of SJ had brilliant orchestration.No...All the songs of SJ had brilliant orchestration. Not only songs were hits but memorable too. Although they got 9 filmfare awards, they never got Dadasaheb Falke award. They were trend-setters and composers like Dattaram, Lakshmikant Pyarellal, Ravi, etc., followed them. Rafi and Lata were used to their fullest potential by the legendary duo.<BR/>Supriya Chatterji.Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00101086939056349628noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-750181634821340791.post-18782312474884591742008-01-23T14:03:00.000+05:302008-01-23T14:03:00.000+05:30Shankar Jaikishan had used all the instruments tha...Shankar Jaikishan had used all the instruments that were there in their disposal in the best way possible.
